I like how the electric blue and violet emerge from the dark ironstone in this Guardian Relic opal. The stone has a long, narrow shape, and the surrounding silver gives it the presence of a small piece of armor. There is something to look at all the way around the band.
The sculpted framework, polished edges, and oxidized recesses carry the Guardian design across the face and sides. This substantial ring is handcrafted in my Southern California coastal studio.
