The network of ironstone lines is what draws me into Tectonic Tide Relic. Small flashes of blue, green, and violet appear among them, so there is more to discover as the angle changes. I like that the natural pattern is as important here as the color.
The sterling silver wrap follows part of the stone's outline, leaving the broad face open to view. Handcrafted in my Southern California coastal studio, the setting keeps that rugged pattern central.
