An ancient kingdom. A hidden fire.
What I like most about this opal is the river of color running across the top. Pink, red, and orange move through that ribbon, with blue and green appearing along the left side and throughout the rich brown patterns as you tilt the stone.
The shield-shaped setting follows the opal’s outline, while a sculpted trident on the back gives Trident of Atlantis its name. I wanted both sides to have something worth looking at.
