TIDAL OPALS – REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Tidal Opals, each piece is carefully crafted using natural gemstones and ocean-inspired materials. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns  

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unworn and unused  

- In its original condition  

- Returned with original packaging  

Non-Returnable Items  

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom or made-to-order pieces  

- Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery  

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.  Please reach out to us at hello@tidalopals.com with photos of the damage or defects.  Upon approval, we will generate and email a return shipping label for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges  

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note on Natural Stones  

Each opal and gemstone is unique. Variations in color, pattern, and inclusions are part of the natural beauty of the stone and not considered defects.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
