At Tidal Opals, every piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated via email.
Free Shipping & Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Remember that we may take 1-3 business days to process your order prior to shipment.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Tidal Opals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
