Ancient Tide – Australian Boulder Opal Pendant

Ancient Tide is a one-of-a-kind Australian Boulder Opal pendant inspired by weathered coastlines, ancient earth, and the movement of the sea.

The natural 31 x 18 mm Boulder Opal holds a rugged ironstone landscape crossed by flashes of blue, teal, green, violet, and golden color. Its layered patterns resemble currents moving through stone, revealing new details as the pendant shifts in the light.

Handcrafted in solid .950 silver, the setting follows the long, pointed shape of the opal with deeply engraved, flowing details surrounding the stone. Oxidized recesses create contrast and give the silver an aged, relic-like character.

The reverse features an intricate hand-pierced backplate with an open flowing design that allows the natural back of the stone to remain visible while reducing weight. Every opening is individually cut, filed, and finished by hand, adding significant craftsmanship and making the back as beautiful as the front.

Measuring 54 mm high by 25 mm wide, Ancient Tide has a substantial presence while maintaining a balanced, wearable profile.
