I love the color in this little opal. There’s bright green, turquoise and deep blue, and a small turn of your hand brings out a different combination.
Aurora Reef features a genuine Australian boulder opal in a simple silver bezel. I textured the band by hand, leaving darker grooves between the polished silver marks. It gives the ring a bit of character while keeping the stone the focus.

ABOUT THE OPAL
The blues and greens will look different as you move between sunlight, shade and indoor light. That changing color is one of the things I enjoy most about opal. Please look through the photographs to see this stone from different angles.
