This 1.57 carat Australian black opal from Lightning Ridge displays a rich N5 dark body tone with strong B5 brightness, offering vivid fire against a beautifully balanced dark base.
Measuring approximately 9.35 mm x 6.7 mm, this oval cabochon ignites with electric neon green as its dominant color, layered with golden yellow and a striking orange lightning streak through the center. Subtle flashes of blue and violet emerge at the edges as the stone shifts in light.
The N5 body tone provides excellent contrast, allowing the green and gold to glow intensely while the orange fire appears molten and alive. With B5 brightness, the color remains lively and visible from multiple viewing angles, performing beautifully in both natural and directional light.
