What I love about this boulder opal is how it changes as you turn it. Rich blue and soft violet tones give way to bright aqua and green flashes, with little patches of color lighting up across the stone. If you love an opal that reveals something different with every look, Lagoon Mirage would be a beautiful addition to your collection.
Handcrafted in .925 sterling silver, the shadowbox setting pairs polished silver edges with a dark, oxidized interior that makes the opal’s colors pop.
The split shank features polished half-round bands, curved on the outside and flat on the inside. It measures approximately 17.25 mm across the split near the setting and 8 mm underneath. The exterior ring face measures approximately 29.66 × 19.7 mm, and the stone measures approximately 19 × 10.5 mm.
Size: US 9. The substantial band may feel snugger than a narrow ring in the same size.
