The Manta Sentinel
Forged by Earth. Guarded by the Deep.
A natural boulder opal alive with flashes of green, blue, violet and warm earthen color rests at the center of this one-of-a-kind pendant. Within the stone’s shifting pattern, the sweeping colors and movement of a manta ray appear to emerge from the deep.
The Manta Sentinel is entirely handcrafted in heavy .950 silver. Its substantial construction gives the pendant the weight and presence of an ancient ocean shield.
Flowing hand-worked details frame the opal, while the integrated decorative bail carries the design upward into the chain. The raised silver surfaces have been polished, and the recessed areas deeply oxidized to create contrast, dimension and the appearance of an ocean relic shaped by time.
The reverse is a work of art in its own right. The elaborate back plate was individually hand cut with a jeweler’s saw—never cast or mass-produced. Three spear forms rise through the pierced silver, surrounded by flowing scrollwork and darkened negative spaces. Every cut was made by hand to create a back plate worthy of the exceptional stone it protects.
This is a completely handmade, one-of-a-kind TIDAL OPALS creation. Once sold, it cannot be duplicated.
